My name is Justin and I have a passion for baking. I pride myself on using traditional, no short, processes that develop flavour and quality. No additives, emulsifiers, or other unnatural ingredients are added. Using local produce, time and passion to produce a variety of artisan breads. WHEN DO I BAKE?
My baking schedule is currently Monday and Friday of each week, so why not come and try the produce from the The Doorstep Bakery. Orders will be required by noon Saturday and Wednesday respectively, in order to enable me to prepare the preferments. Collection only, at the moment, from 1700 – 1800 hrs. Orders for customers within walking distance of the bakery, could possibly get their orders delivered.
At 43, having spent 27 years in my previous career, I decided that it is time for a change. The catering industry has long entertained my thoughts and now seems the ideal time to take a leap of faith. Having attended numerous bread making courses, and subjected my family and friends to sample my baking. I have decided to open a Micro Bakery using my domestic kitchen, selling fresh produce to the locals in the neighbourhood
